Ordering Information

We do not have a minimum order. We will be glad to send you a confirmation by email or fax, so please provide us with this information.

We will always backorder or issue credit for a new order for any plants that we are temporarily out of stock of. It is our goal to keep up with our inventories and not list items that we are low on; but as with any business we are human and sometimes make a slip up. You may list substitutions and we will fill your order with excellent quality plants.

PRICING: Our prices will be valid through the end of December 2015.

Payment for online order is through PayPal, which accepts Visa, MC and other major credit cards. Your credit card will be charged at the time that you place your order.

If you prefer to pay by Money Order, just print out your order and mail it. Make Money Orders Payable to: J & C Greenhouses.

We grow virtually all of our plants in containers. Most are grown in 3”, 4”, or 6” pots. We prefer to ship 3” & 4” in pots and 6” in plastic pots. Other large plants will be removed from containers and loose soil removed before shipping.

We ship Priority Mail with tracking, which takes 2-3 days. Our shipments go out on Mondays and Tuesdays so the plants won’t have to sit in a post office over the weekend. Nearby shipments could possibly go out on Wednesday. So if you order later in the week, expect that it will be Monday before we can ship your plants.

We only ship domestic to the US at this time.

Shipping Season: Our shipping season is really all year long except into Northern States where the winter temperatures are much too cold for cacti survival even in boxes on trucks!

Shipping Fees:

For orders under $25 $12.50  Priority Mail
For orders $25 to $49.99 $7.50 Priority Mail
For orders $50 and over FREE shipping by Priority Mail

We guarantee that all plants will be healthy, of good quality and true to name. All plants are quality checked at the time of shipping. Any damaged plants should be reported to the carrier. Once the plants arrive they are your responsibility to unpack immediately. Water and keep out of direct sun for one week, to allow plants to adapt from shipping and to their new home. If plants lose some leaves or they turn yellow don’t panic they will recover and put out new leaves.
